I'm with you on Zoe Saldana's dress - what was up with the bottom??

And Oprah only likes Gabby b/c she is portraying someone with a f*cked-up life like Oprah had. Oprah is on a mission to 'normalize' sexual abuse so she doesn't feel like an outcast for what happened to her. Look at all her bookclub selections - when she was doing them. Over 80% dealt with some form of sexual deviation. She's trying to make it seem like it happens every day so it's not that abnormal. It's sad really.

But anyway, you HAVE to tell me about the stripper at jury duty!!! I DIED when I read that!

PS - I gave you an award, come and get it!

That's a beautiful dress. I love the color. I really liked JLo's dress and Sandra Bullock's dress and Oprah's dress and Queen Latifah's dress too.

I agree with you about Gabby. I like that she was nominated but I don't think she defeated any odds ... JHud is a plus-sized, talented sista and so is MoNique. Oprah too. They are all talented and deserve to be there but I don't feel compelled to fall in love with any of them.

I can't stand those award shows because of the 'forced dialogue' as you say. I don't get it. They know their jokes aren't funny. Just look away from the teleprompter and say something original, you know? Haha.

But--- I am a sucker for looking to see what people wore. I'll probably look online for a gallery or slideshow or something, haha.

I had my first anxiety attack my freshmen year of high school. I don't even know what triggered it. Our teacher was at the front of the room going over the prompt for another assignment when I suddenly couldn't breathe and felt lightheaded. I almost passed out and a friend and another teacher had to carry me to the office to call for help. At first we considered hypoglycemia. Then we noticed this continued to happen during stressful periods of my life that deeply and personally affected me. When I was pregnant I felt like everyone was super sweet to me just to keep it under wraps. Ha. But by the end of it I was subject to non-stress-tests two to three times a week.
