Great video. So true about putting one foot in front of the other and working form there. Also, true about writing your own ticking and making what works best for YOU get you to where you to where you want to be.
I’m working on losing weight and not “ooohh i want to look like i did before having children.” And trying even more new things in the kitchen. Not putting pressure on myself and avoiding outside influences is going to be key for me.
