I’m not entering the contest but i’ve made little breakfast sandwiches for the girls with home made buttermilk biscuits, eggs and cheese and they loved it! I never thought about freezing them to just pop them into the oven for a quick breakfast if we’re in a hurry.

That’s how my dad did it when I was in high school. Our big fundraiser was always sausage and he would buy a bunch and make sausage biscuits with cheese and freeze them so that I could just grab one and nuke it on my way out the door every day.
