I had a conversation with Raulo once about the qualities I wanted in a mate.  One of the BIGGEST things was that I wanted him to make me feel special.  I want to be treated like the center of his world….not ALL the time but definitely some of the time.

Raulo told me I was asking for too much.  She said that her husband never treats her special……as a matter of fact her words were “Original Diva…my husband doesn’t treat me the way I want to be treated.”

sigh

To all men: Every woman wants to feel special.

Okay, what’s wrong with wanting to be treated special some of the time? By the man you choose to live your life with, raise a family with, love till one of yall drops dead? I mean, doesn’t that act (making a marital commitment) signify SOME kind of speciality (yes I did just misuse the word- specialness? specialhood? LOLOL) I mean, I don’t take such actions for granted, but um, there are some expectations. :)

uhhh good luck with that. *chuckle* Sometimes folks need to be TOLD that their mate needs to make them feel special.

I love feeling special!!!! I used to take that for granted but now that I have it, wouldn’t part with it for the world. Forget all the independent woman stuff, I love being somebody’s baby.
