Melette and I are friends. We talk often and are both doing several things to enhance the quality of our lives…physically, mentally, etc… We’ve had discussion about Philosophy products, diet and exercise, recipes, wine, vitamins and just living well in general. Talking to her today we decided to be partners in our quests. We’re going to help each other keep on keeping on. And although T doesn’t know it, I am volunteering her to join us. Truth be told, she is how I stay motivated. Ain’t no way in hell I’m going to let her out do me! I was in advanced pilates when she was still on the last baby. We’ll just have to be TWO fly heffas hanging out. No way in hell I’m getting left behind by these two. We will ALL have pretty skin, healthy hair, and be toned and in great shape…and have a healthy knowledge and appreciation for good wine.
And then I started thinking…how great would it be to have a group of women like us dedicated to living well and doing the same things that Melette, T, and I are doing now. I’m still thinking this through in my mind but I know that I want us to share and I want to blog about it.
And since I’m talking about living well….I need a new red wine to try and I’m taking suggestions. Have any???

Got a new favorite wine:
Piesporter by Schmitt-sohn Michelsber
I know now. LOL.
That’s exactly how Sistah Circles are formed.
I don’t have a clue about red wine. I drink it tho. I just read the labels at the store. LOL. Altho my mother did say that a really really good red wine doesn’t give her heart burn. *lookin into camera* I kinda know what she means tho. I’m sure I will NEVER be able to afford any red wine like that.
Ohhh just thought. Do you have a Cost Plus World Market in your area? They have pretty nice selections of good wines. Check’em out if there is one near you.
I don’t have a good red wine suggestion but I do have two white wines that I am in love with now.
1) Cupcake Chardonnay (got it at World Market)
2) Ona — Chilean blend (white)
