Follow my thought process…

I was reading this blog….HERE

She blogged about this bag on the site Baghuas.

It is a $52 purse INSPIRED by a $2,000 Chloe bag.  Let me say this….if you’re going to carry a knockoff then don’t front like it’s not a knockoff.  If it’s not a Kors then don’t pretend that it is.  That can be embarrassing.

Then I see a category titled weekend bags.

I want y’all to know that I fell the hell out when I saw this…

THEY PUT PACMAN ON SOME PLASTIC AND THEY’RE CALLING IT CHANEL!!!!

I

AM

OFFICIALLY

DONE

!!!!!

I’ve seen better knockoffs at the nail shop.  Sorry.  I know that I’ve talked about my name brand purses on my blog but let me tell you a secret.  My favorite purse came from Target.  That’s the best purse I think I’ve ever had.  That Prada bag I got is still in the box in the top of the closet and I have another ridiculously priced handbag that still has the tags on it.  My second favorite purse is the white one I got from TJ Maxx.  Cute is cute; regardless of a price tag.  And ther are so many cute white, vinyl handbags out there WITHOUT Pacman on them.

When I went out to dinner with Honest, Hostess, and Cool AC……I’ll tell the truth.  Hostess had a bag so damn hot that if she had set it on my side of the table she might have come up short.  I can’t tell you a brand or anything else about it.  But it was HOT!

Ladies…..where did you get your hottest bag from?

I’m so glad you wrote this today. The way my life has been lately, I’ve decided that I need something new and pretty. Translation: new handbag. I almost went to the D&B website to browse but I’ve decided against it. I saw a really cute bag on Saturday at Tarjay … I may have to go back and get it.

haha! the Hostess’ bag is fabulous! I’ve never really been a fancy/expensive bag person although I admire a cute bag when I see one regardless of brand name label on the inside. I do think that a nice bag says something but it’s really up to the individuals to figure out if they want to spend a mortgage payment on a bag. Everyone has different priorities. Now if I can only come up w/ the loot for that Gucci purse I want.

  3. chele….Tarjay’s purses are phenomenal! TRUST!

Honest…Girl you better go to that site and see if they have “Inspired by Gucci” LOL

My favortie purses probably came from TJ or Marshalss too. I’ve never been into the name brand bags so much as I know they will make the knock off that looks EXACTLY like it & I will feel foolish for spending $XXX.XX when I could have spent $xx.xx, especially when no one can see inside your bag to check the lable & ID code. I just stick to what I think is cute & I can usually find that at one of my favorite stores, Target included!

That bag is horrible. Seriously. I have a bag that I got from Target that was $4.74 on clearance and everybody that I meet compliments that bag. You are so right, it’s about what cute and not always the price tag.

I saw a purse at the red dot boutique that I thought was really cute. The bag that I’ve received the most compliments on was a Coach that I got in Palm Springs. I carried knockoffs in junior high school. Now, I just look for a nice well made bag. They have those at the red dot too.

That Pacman/Chanel bag really does suck the big cheese. It’s a halloween bag at best.

I can’t even lie I did rock some knock-offs like they were authentic, but my favorite bag comes from H&M. I have been rocking it hard for over a year.

I now have a yearning to find a Ms PacMan machine.
