I emailed a blogger whose scrapbooking and cardmaking blog I absolutely love and she gave me the greatest tips on taking photos of my projects.

I’ll share with you. Take your chair and put it directly in front of the window with the most light (I just cracked the blinds instead of opening them all the way). Place two large pieces of cardstock (12×12) in a chair; one in the seat and another against the back. INSTANT BACKDROP. I took this photo with no flash on the camera. I am very happy with the results.
