This past Friday in Tulsa, the city dug up a Plymouth Belvedere that was buried 50 years for the purpose of being dug up now…..Oklahoma’s Centennial Celebration. Not only did it make the national news but my mother said that in Tulsa they interrupted Days of Our Lives to broadcast it live.
That made me begin to think about the memories we choose to leave behind for the future. I asked my friend what she would put in a time capsule to represent her and our generation. I don’t remember her answer but I do remember thinking that she was special. LOL I decided that my contribution to the time capsule would be an iPod. It represents our generation, technological advances, and me.
It’s all about the memory you want to remember in the future.
