Yesterday evening I was watching an episode of Reba (watch it every day).  It was the episode where Barbara Jean wanted Reba to buy her and Brock’s house to save them from selling it to a stranger and moving because they were seriously deep in debt and financial ruin.  Reba was struggling with the decision because 1) she really doesn’t like Barbara Jean and 2) THIS IS THE WOMAN THAT STOLE HER HUSBAND.  Her son in law/business partner was trying to get her to look at the beneficial side of the deal.  Flipping houses is profitable but rental income is really where it’s at.  His advice to Reba?  One word.
