Thanks to everyone who sent me a kind note concerning my yoga injury. The instructor seems to think that my muscles tightened up which caused the pain, etc…. Let me tell you, I have been doing pilates for entirely too long to have muscles randomly tightening up on me. I have a theory though. I think lack of extra practice (sex) has affected my ability to get my yoga on like I used to. That’s my theory.
