Have I ever admitted that I’m addicted to infomercials? Seriously. Well consider this my confession. I watch infomercials for hours…like they’re sitcoms or soaps. So here I am today sitting in the bed watching infomercials and I see one for The Bean. I’ve blogged before asking about exercises for lower abs. This appears to do just that as well as upper abs and obliques. I have kind of tuned out because let’s just face it….I am still in bed. But it appears to be $50 and they make it sound easy and perfect.

The Bean works the upper and lower abs, the obliques, and the core all at the same time, working them faster, better and more effectively than any other device or machine on the market. The rocking motion of The Bean allows you to automatically combine three exercises in one: a crunch, a pelvic tilt, and a leg raise. You are increasing the effects on both the upper and lower abs, and it’s this rocking action that’s doing all the work.

Part 2 of my confession is that I never….NEVER buy anything that I see on these things. Why? Because I don’t believe the commercials. LOL At some point you would think that I would learn how to discern the difference between a good product and a bad one. After all I first saw the Winsor Pilates set in an infomerical; and the cute little shaver I use. As a matter of fact, when I go to Linens N’ Things I always shop in the “Seen on TV” aisle. There are some ingenius products in that market. Maybe I feel more comfortable buying a product that I can literally see and touch than I do something off of tv.

What about you? Have you ever purchased anything from an infomercial?

Today is my day off (so I’m actually writing this on Thursday). I figured I’d keep Friday light. Here’s today’s (Thursday’s) playlist
